The general consultation is a 30 minute time slot to determine how to best address issues with your PC.
This is perfect if you have questions about your PC's performance. We can determine if the cause of the issue is related to a game not running properly or a software/hardware issue that may require addtional assitance.

All consultations require video chat (to see your PC) via web-based service (GoogleMeet, Discord, Zoom, etc...)
Consultations are non-refundable once a session has begun.
Sessions exceeding the time limit may incur addtional charges.
We do not specialize in Server Maintenace, Office IT, or Linux Systems.
